For prospective investors
TeNEX Code is a parent holding company: it builds solutions, contracts them out, and acquires businesses worth improving. It speaks with a small number of parties directly. If you would like to be one of them, introduce yourself and your mandate. Materials are released only after verification and a signed agreement.
We will tell you plainly whether a round is open. We would rather say “not now” than keep a conversation warm for its own sake.
What you will be asked for
- Who you are and what you invest on behalf of.
- Stage, cheque size and the sectors you actually operate in.
- Confirmation of accredited or qualified status, where it applies.
